This statement of privacy practices describes OpenCar Inc.’s (“OpenCar, “we”, or “us”) practices with respect to collection, use, and disclosure of personal information at the OpenCar web site (“Site”). By using the Site, you signify your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

  1. Application. This statement only applies to the information you provide to OpenCar through the Site. It does not apply to information collected by OpenCar through other means or by third parties linked in any way to the Site. We have no control over, and no responsibility or liability for, any third party’s collection, use, disclosure, or retention of the personal information and that collection, use, disclosure, and retention is not subject to this statement.
  2. Changes to this Statement of Privacy Practices. We will occasionally update this statement. Each of the provisions of the Terms of Use applies to any disputes that may arise in relation to this statement of privacy practices and the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information and are of the same force and effect as if they had been reproduced directly in this statement.
